Currently, our printing facility is closed to follow stay-at-home guidelines for non-essential workers. We will process all new orders when it reopens on April 10th. Your prints will be shipped as soon as they are ready. Additionally, our Customer Service phone service hours have been dramatically reduced. We recommend logging into your dashboard to get an update on any pending orders or submitting an email request to our Customer Service team through our ‘Contact Us‘ page and we will respond as quickly as possible, in the order that they are received. We apologize for this inconvenience.
The health and well-being of our customers and communities in which we serve are our number one priority. Given the concerted global efforts to help slow the COVID-19 outbreak, we’ve decided to offer virtual presentations that will allow our Elite and Most Popular Customers to view images in the comfort of your home. Our Studios will be closed for photography sessions and retakes until further notice. Once we receive word from the local government that it is safe to open, we will be thoroughly sanitizing our studios above and beyond our current cleaning measures, to ensure your safety.
